High Vacuum Optical Multi-Layers Coating Equipment
This equipment is our newly-designed machine with its vacuum chamber made of stainless steel, for coating various multi-layers transparent or opaque films, reflective films, iridescent films on resin spectacles or other materials for the purpose of industrial or decorative objectives. It is extensively used in many fields such as in optical, electronic, decorative industries and in research institute or film research and application fields.
Equipped with super-crucible, E-beam gun, E-beam evaporation, resistor evaporation, film thickness monitoring system, PLC computer controlling system and powerful ionization source, coupled with effective vacuum pump group system and efficient cryotrap, it can realize coating speed and process under auto control with advantages of film evenness of high quality.
This machine is laid out with PLC computer controlling system, molecule pumping system, auto pressure controller and mass flow gauge as per customer’s requirements.
